Allison Bratton won a first publishing master's package from Balboa Publishing after submitting a book proposal to a Hay House contest in 2023. As a military spouse and counselor, she has navigated the unique challenges of military life, earning degrees in business administration and marriage and family therapy. Her career includes roles at various military bases, domestic violence shelters, and mental health institutions, culminating in her own counseling practice in Silverton, Oregon. Allison's book focuses on the emotional cycle of deployment, aiming to support military families by sharing her experiences and insights.
